This package is a setup service, not a design and service doesn't include any other decor that the venue rental doesn't already come with.  Client must provide all décor items or rent décor from the Venue, or a combination of both.  Client must bring all décor fully assembled and ready to place. Client is solely responsible for providing a clear design plan and written or visual setup instructions (e.g., diagrams, photos, or labeled décor items).  We’ll follow your instructions, but we won’t design, assemble balloons or florals, or troubleshoot sizing issues. Balloons must arrive already inflated, clustered, and fully arranged. The Venue may attach an existing balloon arrangement to a backdrop stand but will not inflate balloons, build garlands, or design balloon installations. Floral arrangements must arrive fully completed. Loose flowers, stems, greenery, or supplies will not be arranged by the Venue.  Any backdrops, signage, centerpieces, or specialty items must be fully constructed prior to delivery. The Venue is not responsible for dissatisfaction with the overall look or design outcome as long as setup was completed according to the Client’s provided instructions. The Venue is not liable for unmet expectations related to style, aesthetics, or visual interpretation.  If you want design help, we’re happy to offer a design consultation for $50.  Client is responsible for ensuring all items they provide or rent are compatible in size, weight, and function. The Venue is not responsible if Client-provided items cannot be used due to improper sizing or incompatibility, including but not limited to candles that do not fit rented candle holders,  décor that exceeds table or backdrop dimensions Items that are unstable, unsafe, or unsuitable for the Venue space.  Unused items due to incompatibility will not result in refunds or service adjustments. Client may not bring items that create safety risks, including but not limited to fire hazards, unstable structures, or obstructed walkways. The Venue reserves the right to refuse to place or use any décor item deemed unsafe or non-compliant.  Floor wrap application is available for an additional fee starting at $50, with final pricing based on the size and coverage area. Fees will be confirmed in advance.
